Here at North Rustic Design we are always adding new products to our line of fine crates, product displays and rustic furnishings.
Our newest design is just in time for the outdoor deck and patio season. Many of our customers have been asking for a modular
bar unit  that they utilize as an addition to their outside living space, basement bar or man/woman caves.

Modular Trade Show Bar Display

In order to make the product easily moved and shipped we came up with our sectional, crate style bar units. These sturdy sections
are approximately 40 inches in length (although we do custom sizing to fit your needs) and come with removable 3/4 inch tops and
trim boards to give a clean, finished look. You can then add as many sections as you want to make your bar anywhere from 40 inches
to 40 feet long! We then stain the sections in any one of our many colors or will stain to a color of your choice. We work closely with
Sherwin-Williams so you can pick out a stain at your local store and we will have it made for us here.

Pure Pine Wood Construction

These units are all made with 3/4 inch pine and assembled with wood glue, nails and screws to insure durability and strength. Our
screen printing department can even customize your bar with any design or logo to create your own individual look.

The screen printing process that we use has many advantages over the old traditional hot branding (where a logo is burned into the wood with a hot brand) and laser engraving. We are able to produce your goods at a faster and much more economical rate as the other types of embellishing are painfully slow or involve additional costs to the customer. We are able to achieve a higher level of fine detail and most importantly, can print your logo in many different colors! And the results are exceptional. We can create an earthy, rustic display or a colorful and vivid one that will truly pop! Whatever you can imagine we can build for you. With over 20 years of experience in design, our artist can assist you in making your display truly original and give your product an added ‘wow’ factor. We build stacked crate displays with or without locking wheels. Individual units the can be placed against a wall and redesigned whenever you are looking for a change of pace. Wooden crates and boxes with or without lids that you can distribute your product in and they can all be embellished with your brand right on the sides or lids. The cost of the printing is minimal. The very low initial set-up fee is a one time expense and there is never an art charge for preparing your existing design for printing. We offer color matching of ink if needed and always send proofs for your approval before starting any print job. In other words…we are here for you.
