At North Rustic Design we have been offering wooden crates for sale in a variety of colors and sizes since 2009. We use high quality pure 3/4 inch pine and 3/8 thick pure oak wood. We have designed some pretty amazing logo crates over the years. We can match nearly any color of stain you would want as we work very closely with our stain provider at Sherwin-Williams. On the screen printing sides our 15 stock print colors are popular, but with our very talented Graphic Artist, Kevin, he can mix up custom colors. We are also custom manufacturers of wooden crates and boxes to your exact specifications. We can add lids, dividers, or shelves to any of wood crates we offer for sale. Wood Crates with your company logo
One of the companies that we have worked with for over 3 years is Google. They love to use our true rustic oak crates in the cafeterias. They like the natural look and the durability our crates offer. We we started out we didn’t use logos or other designs on wood crates. But when a company like Google wants something I decided to find a solution. So we developed our own system to screen print on our wood crates and boxes. Wood crates are a popular choice because they are modular and can be arranged in different set-ups and your ideas grow. What helps our crates stand out is the quality of our wood and our dual construction method. You can watch my product videos where I actually throw our oak crates on the ground and they don’t break!
A popular place to have your company logo added is on our solid end traditional pine crates. This is the biggest print area you can get, so if you have a logo you can really get it to stand out on the ends of these crates. We also can print on the side slates and even on the inside facing slates. The only limitation is your imagination. Our clients use our base logo crates to give out as gifts baskets for conferences or other branding events. They are also popular choices for counter top point of purchase displays. If you are in the retail environment you can put your products that you have for sale in the crate. Our crates are also very functional. If you are going to a trade show or festival, they work as product displays but you can also store and carry products in them we it is time to go.

Point of Purchase Product Displays
We take our sturdy wooden crates and secure them together for point of purchase product displays that help you sell more product and stand our from the crowd. We add wheels to base crate and secure the other crates together. We either use wood screws if you would like them permanently put together or nuts and bolts if you need to take them apart to move to another location.
Au Natural Organics – They were looking for a product display that would be a sturdy unit to sell their products. With their beautifully designed logo with a black screen print stained golden oak you can watch the short video below to see what I am talking about. Kevin our talented graphic artist is the man in the video. You can fit 5 crate units on a pallet for shipping. They also order 25 logo crates for counter top displays that fit on the same pallet for shipping. Over the years with all the wood crates we have sold, we have become experts and pallet arrangements and product designs with shipping considerations taken in to account.
Hillbilly Bourbon – We have gotten some pretty cool samples over the years. Before we hit a large production run on a custom project, it is very helpful to have a sample of the product(s) so we can make sure they fit in the way that the customer wants. We don’t want to sell you any more crate than you actually need. Having a sample product allows us to be very precise in our manufacturing of your products. We made 3 crate units stacked on top of each that fit 9 bottles of their very smooth bourbon in. As their business has expanded we have worked with them supplying our high quality product displays to their new retail locations. Did you know? We ship to multiple locations from our manufacturing facility in Lake Hallie WI. This project was also our very popular solid end traditional pine crates stained golden oak with a black screen print.
Damrak Amsterdam Gin – The crates we made for Damrak Amsterdam Gin was one of the more challenging but rewarding projects we have worked on. The rustic vintage look is very popular for certain brands. Our wood crates are new construction, but they have the look of being old, rustic and vintage. We added custom handle holes on the end and gave it a slatted look and feel all around the crate. On the front facing 3 boards we did three different prints with the top 2 being a custom blue color match and the middle being a custom orange. These were stained Special Walnut. We have the capabilities to manufacture custom product displays to your exact specifications and colors.
Lava Bloody Mary Mix and Real Earth – One the custom colors we have added as standard color is the stain titled “Driftwood” If you look at the big image at the top of the page you can see how we screen printed the inside slate with “Real Earth”. The way they used the wood crate as a product display, is they rotated the crate front facing to place as a counter top display. Our friends at Lava Bloody Mary Mix needed some stand out product displays for a PGA tour event. They even were the official bloody mary mix of the historic Rose Bowl. Rather than have us ship directly to your warehouse, we ship directly to your different retail locations. You can even generate the shipping labels after we give you specifications if you prefer to ship under your own UPS or Fedex shipping account.
Trade Show Booth Exhibits
Hoffmaster – Trade show booth exhibits are an important part of growing your business and staying in touch with your current customers or vendors. Wood crates for sale as trade show booth exhibits are gaining popularity as a way to make an impression at your industry trade show. We worked closely with our fellow company from Wisconsin, Hoffmaster in utilizing the floor layout of their trade show booth. They needed a 4 x 10 wall, 2 – 5 x 6 walls, and 2 smaller stand alone 4 crate units. We strategically screen printed logos as to not over power the brand on the perfect spots on their custom trade show booth exhibit. Their booth totaled 74 crates. We secured the modular trade show booth components together in groups of 4 throughout the whole booth. The units of 4 are then easily put and secured together with nuts and bolts. Then when you are ready to leave the trade show you can take down your booth and put back on the pallet. The custom trade show booth we made for Hoffmaster fit nicely on 2 pallets for shipment to and from their trade shows.
Trade Show Booth Design Ideas
Fine Foutas – Fine Foutas is a new company that sells handmade towels made in Tunisia. The popular pinwheel crate pattern was used in helping Siam with her trade show booth design idea. We made units of 8 crates that are modular in design. 4 crates secured together on the base and another 4 crates secured together make the top. We also have the ability to rotate the company logos on the ends of the crates depending on how you plan to position the crate.
